Job description:
• Implement treatment courses for patients.
• Performs infusions, blood draws, as well as other equipment-using services (training will be provided)
• Input treatment parameters into customer records and software system.
Candidate Requirements:
• Know English for consulting (50% are foreign guests).
• Prior experience in online page, customer care;
• Good communication, flexible handling of situations;
• Good use of computers (excel, word, etc.);
• Honest, hardworking, eager to learn, able to withstand work pressure;
