Job Description: Describe the job of a taxi driver when applying for a taxi driver job in Hanoi. • Taxi driver at Hanoi Noi Bai airport, transporting customers from the airport to the locations requested by customers in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. • Driving at Taxi Hanoi lobby: Drivers park and pick up passengers at hotel lobby, commercial centers, bus stations, piers, apartment buildings in the company's operation lobby. • Working time to receive cars is 24 hours, registered to work 24 shifts / month or 16 shifts / month. You can apply for overtime if you want. • Drivers pick up and drop off passengers according to the active switchboard with the number of customers calling about every day. • Drivers pick up and drop off passengers at operating points in the form of ordering. • Drive to pick up and drop off guests at large hotel lobby. Currently, Taxi Group is operating at 100% of 4 & 5 star hotel lobby in Hanoi. • Pick up passengers according to the brokerage point of Taxi Group. Currently, there are about large and small brokerage points in Hanoi. • Drive to pick up and drop off guests according to the available shuttle service every day. • Freedom to do business according to your ability. Pick up and drop off customers according to the movement of the operation center (call center). 4. Driver's benefits when working at the company: When working at the company, the driver is entitled to the following benefits: • Driver's salary is paid according to the turnover rate (according to the sharing ratio). • Supported 6% of revenue for 1 shift within the first 3 months (fuel support) • Incentives for experienced drivers from taxi companies • Paid health insurance, social insurance and full benefits other degrees according to Vietnam Labor Law. Liability mortgage • Currently, Taxi Group requires a single mortgage of VND. The driver can pay in 2 times, when submitting the application for professional training, the first half is paid until the official contract is signed with the company to receive the car to work. • The business contract is 2 five.
