Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working at: Babylon Serviced Apartment (Binh Thanh District)

Working hours: From 14:00 to 22:00 (Off 1 day a week)

JOB INCLUDES:

- Carry out check-in and check-out procedures for guests.

- Receive - respond to emails and phone bookings from guests or brokers.

- Receive requested information and quickly resolve problems for customers.

- Update room availability and make room reservations on the system.

- Monitor the quality of cleaning services. Arrange room cleaning time appropriately.

- Monitor the security's work quality, remind service attitude.

- Update customer records, plan and conduct customer care programs.

- Monitor and update the quantity of necessary necessities. Make proposals for additional purchases when needed.

- Make weekly reports on revenue, and update Manager.

- Prepare contracts, appendices, track electricity expenses and notify customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Men, women, LGBT from 23 years old or older.

- Experience working in the hotel industry.

- Good communication in English (hotel major is preferred)

- Communication skills and handling situations when needed.

- Office computer creation (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Fun, active, responsible, willing to learn.
