Processing
- Reception, check in, check out, and payment procedures for guests.
- Receive and handle guests' arising needs within the allowable scope. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest complaints during their stay at the hotel
- Advise and invite guests to use the hotel's services and provide guests with necessary information.
- Hand over work shift at the end of the shift: receive the work handover book, including furniture, work performed for customers, deposits, funds... of the previous shift.
- Do other tasks as directed by superiors.
- Working time 8.5 hours/shift. Male night and evening shifts, working shifts 07:00 - 16:00, 13:30 - 22:30, 22:00 - 7:00 the next day
