Job duties
- Administration: reception, document management, archives.
- Human resources: recruiting, organizing teacher qualification exams, organizing entrance and exit exams for students, timekeeping, salary calculation, summarizing HR KPIs according to grading from branch directors, management of social insurance, management of personnel records.
- Accounting: management of revenue, expenditure, accounting on software.
- Classroom management:
+ Teacher arrangement: Arrange the teaching schedule of the homeroom teacher, native teacher, teaching assistant accordingly
+ Follow up with students: Monitor students' learning, notify students and their families of learning results
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors
