Sales staff (Binh Chanh area) at Ho Chi Minh City - Chế Biến Thủy Hải Sản Liên Thành

Main responsibilities of sales NV position:

1. Direct sales to points of sale in Traditional Channels (KTT) in the assigned area.
2. Monitor sales activities of Distributors (NPP) in assigned area.
3. Collect and receive information from the market.

1. Directly sell to sales points at KTT in the assigned area.
a) Transactions, customer negotiations, making orders (on DMS software for distributors to confirm orders and deliver goods). Implement sales targets.
b) Search and open new customers.
c) Report sales situation to Sales Supervisor (GSBH).
d) Implement programs to promote KTT sales.
2. Monitor sales activities of distributors in the assigned area.
a) Monitor and report to GSBH on the implementation of distributors' sales support programs (promotions, discounts...).
3. Collect and receive information from the market.
a) Collect market information (from customers, competitors, etc.) and transfer information to GSBH.
b) Receive and forward complaints and feedback from customers to GSBH.
Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Manager/Traditional Channel Manager/Regional Sales Manager/GSBH.
