- Reach out to potential customers in pre-defined geographical areas: housewives, students, working people, etc. who need to buy food, consumer goods or manufactured goods.
- Search and expand the customer network by opening a purchase account on the online shopping app.
- Actively provide information about incentives and promotions to old customers so that they can refer back and continue to use the product or promote the shopping needs of current customers.
- Confirm the order with the customer. Receive goods at the warehouse, transport and deliver goods to customers on time and safely. Ensure orders are completed, charged correctly, and satisfied customers.
- Report on the situation of new customers opening and update the purchase status of old customers on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis or ad hoc reports at the request of superiors (when arising).
