- Responsible for receiving information, coordinating and managing all orders from the sales department
· Process orders on the system, ensure data is controlled and recorded
· Working with departments in the company and partners, processing orders to customers. Ensure accuracy and timeliness (according to customer requirements and contracts)
· Negotiate, negotiate with partners. Ensure partners comply with commitments and instructions.
· Receive and handle arising problems before, during and after the delivery process.
