WORK CONTENT
- Answering phone calls, answering customer complaints related to airline tickets and flights.
- Receiving demand, consulting flight services.
- Check and remind customers about documents, flight time,...
- Update promotions, fastest information for customers.​

REQUEST
- Has a pleasant voice, has the ability to persuade negotiations.
- Listen carefully.
- Know how to book and reserve tickets: Vietjet, Jetstar, Vietnam airlines, Bamboo, Air Asia.
- Basic communication English.
- Having experience is an advantage.
