JOB DESCRIPTION- Answering phone calls, answering questions and complaints from customers related to airline tickets and flights.
- Receiving demand, advising on flight services, ticket conditions, airline regulations for guests.
- Book tickets, calculate prices, track and do the procedures: exchange/issue/refund/exchange tickets for customers.
- Check and remind customers about flight documents, flight time, ...
- Update promotions, fastest information to customers, …
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Experience is an advantage / No experience trained.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, meticulous in work.
- Easy-to-listen voice.
- Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
- Know how to book and reserve tickets: Vietnam Airlines, Bamboo, Ari Asia, ...
WORKING ADDRESS: 62 Vo Thi Sau, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, HCMC
WORKING TIME: 8:00 - 17:30, Monday to Saturday
SALARY: 9,000,000 VND – 20,000,000 VND
