JOB DESCRIPTION- Receive customer inquiries, book itineraries, quotes, ticket conditions, airline regulations for guests;
- Reservations, tracking ticket issuance deadlines, tracking flight status and information to customers;
- Handle customer requests related to booking and support services such as online check-in, luggage, ticket change support, ticket refund;
- Receive calls or emails from customers to advise and answer customers' questions when there is a need for air tickets;
- Update the airline's fare policies, new routes to advise and set up itineraries at the request of customers;
- Manage assigned customer portfolio.
WORKING TIME: 8:00 - 17:30, Monday to Saturday

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Graduated from College/University.
- Experience in air ticket, travel, hotel or visa is an advantage / No experience trained.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, meticulous in work, easy to listen to.
- Responsible and able to communicate in English.
