- Communicate with customers, be the recipient of all complaints, and support customer inquiries about products and business services
- Maintain and develop new relationships with customers
- Collect information and propose solutions to enhance and improve customer experience
- Coordinate with the Sales department to implement advertising campaigns, promotional programs... with close and loyal customers.
- Perform other daily tasks as assigned by the Director
