Enroll/consult potential customers who want to consider H123's study program.
Regularly notify superiors/quality department of information about special cases (such as: students are absent without permission for 2 or more classes/ classes require make-up work/ students request to change classes/ ...).
Receive requests and questions from current customers, potential customers or customers who have used the service at the center directly, by phone or text message about H123's services in a friendly and friendly manner. Professional, with a focus on sales care and attention to the specific needs of customers.
Receive feedback from customers in text, voice or email/chat form, process or transfer feedback to relevant departments. If the feedback or request is within your jurisdiction, it should be quickly processed and responded to the customer; If you do not have enough authority to resolve the issue, you should report it with handling instructions to a higher level of management.
