Work content:- Learn and advise customers on using company products based on available data
- Receive and handle customer problems and complaints through social networking platforms such as: zalo, instagram, facebook, whatsapp,...
- Customer care before, during and after using products/services
- Advise on suitable solutions to solve customers' problems
- Contribute ideas and strive to complete all assigned tasks well
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Manage and store customer data systematically.
- Perform other tasks related to customer support and care as assigned by superiors
Job requirements:- Have a personal laptop for work
- high school graduation
- Proficiency in English communication is an advantage
- Good communication skills, fluent speaking and confident in handling flexible situations
- Teamwork skill
- Ability to withstand high pressure
- Priority is given to candidates with Sales/Customer Care experience in the field of Marketing, advertising communications.
- For candidates without experience, they will be trained in expertise and consulting skills to become professional consultants.
Compensation policy:- Basic salary + allowances + commission: discussed during interview
- 2-month probationary period, receive 85% of basic salary

Working hours : Because the company works according to US hours, working hours are as follows:
- Probationary administrative shift: 8:00 - 17:30
- Official shift rotation: Morning shift from 06:00 - 14:30; Evening shift from 9:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday every week, off Sunday
