JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Use Japanese to answer questions from Japanese customers about services of major mobile phone carriers in Japan (how to register to use packages, confirm/change contract content, …. via chat/mail channel

REQUEST:
- Male/Female age), max 1992
- No qualifications & experience required
- Japanese language ability equivalent to N2 or higher (especially reading comprehension ability). (Can receive N3 but must be hard)
- Able to work shifts until 9:00 p.m., and work on weekends and holidays according to job requirements.
- Ability to exchange and communicate with Japanese customers.
- Able to enter text in Japanese.
RIGHT:
- Salary: LC 10 - 13,000,000 (Deal based on Japanese language ability) + KPI => Income 10 - 15 million/month
- 2 month probationary period: 85% LCB + 100% Allowance + KPI => Average income 9-12 million/month
- In case of working part-time on holidays or New Year, you will receive overtime allowance according to the provisions of Vietnamese labor law.
