Place and confirm customer booking requests directly or through media such as hotline, facebook, zalo....
Carry out payment procedures and cash management (experience in cashier work is an advantage)
Create a VIP customer file, regularly update new customer information
Enthusiastically advise and support customers when problems arise, and provide customer care through online platforms
Receive, process and respond to customer complaints
Find out about the level of satisfaction with the services provided to customers, regularly contact customers, ask and advise customers on service packages, promotional programs and remind customers to use the service. service
Coordinate with MKT to implement advertising, discount and promotion strategies
Prepare reports evaluating the effectiveness of advertising and promotion programs
Send messages and give gifts to VIP customers on holidays and birthdays.
