Receive and process customer requests/questions related to products/services provided by the business
Participate in building and managing information channels to help customers get the content they need as quickly and accurately as possible (instructions for use, price information, warranty, etc.)
Collect and manage customer complaints and issues that need to be resolved and provide information to the appropriate departments to handle those complaints;
Monitor and continuously update policies on products/services of the business;
Proactively contact customers for Tet holidays and gifts. Announce offers on special occasions and send them offers
Promote promotional programs and attractive service packages of the business to customers
Conduct surveys and customer perceptions about service and product quality. From there, record customer feedback to improve products and services
Prepare reports for superiors on customer surveys and satisfaction with products and services. Make suggestions to improve and improve work quality
Request:
Graduation: Intermediate or higher in a major related to agriculture or business or economics
