Processing
- Receive and return warranty products and equipment
- Monitor, update, respond/inform customers about equipment warranty status and completion time.
- Coordinate with Department Manager to handle cases and resolve customer problems during the process before, during and after the warranty.
- Coordinate with Warranty Department Manager to conduct monthly inventory.
- Responsible for entering statistical software data on devices receiving and returning warranties, and managing warranty warehouses on Misa software.
- Coordinate with Warranty Department manager in the Department's revenue and expenditure work
- Relevant (periodical/unscheduled) reports from the Warranty department
