Job description
· Caring and managing visitors thoughtfully and politely.
· Advise customers in advance about the types of tests needed.
· Pay attention to registration and collection of revenue from current customers.
· Take care of customers in a polite manner (on the phone and face-to-face conversation)
· Introduce, advertise and sell the company's services/products (e.g. blood tests, physical exams and health supplement products)
· Explain the results to the client professionally.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and report to superiors.
