- Taking care of Vietnamese customers in Japan on Fanpage, Instagram, Email.
- Call for care and support for customers on how to use and register for the service (Data available).
- Identify and capture the needs of customers to introduce services to customers.
- Handle arising situations at the request of customers, and at the request of the head of the department.
- Synthesize and analyze the results of the work performed.
- Make weekly report.
- Perform duties as assigned by upper management.
