- Quote and place orders, refund or exchange.
- Consulting on product information.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
- Propose solutions when the product has problems, handle product recalls.
- Monitor debts and coordinate with accounting to collect debts if any arise.
- Notify customers about upcoming deals and promotions.
- Compile reports on customer satisfaction, track customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.
- Perform other tasks as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Experience: minimum of 01 year or more and if in the same construction materials industry is an advantage.
- Graduated from University/College/Intermediate School.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure
- Good moral character
- Enthusiastic, careful, honest and hardworking
- Proficient in office
- Good synthesis and analysis ability
RIGHT:- Fixed salary (6 million) + commission salary (from 3 - 9 million or more, will receive commission on GROUP sales so there is no limit) => Work in a group, so there will be support and sharing together.
