1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive emails and messages (Email, real-time chatting) from suppliers/partners on the e-commerce platform to answer questions and support complaint resolution
- Update information to the system.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Japanese (Speaking, listening, reading & writing), qualification requirements: N1 or equivalent Japanese language certificate (N2 will take an online test before participating in the interview).
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- Having customer care experience is an advantage.
- Voice is clear and easy to hear
3. COMPENSATION POLICY
- Income: 22,000,000 – 23,200,000 VND/month, including:
- Fixed salary: 21,500,000 VND
- Food allowance: 500,000 VND
- KPI bonus: 900,000 VND - 1,200,000 VND
- 2 months probation, receive 100% salary.
