- Input booking customer information into the company's system software - software for managing work, individuals, and work in the company's team.
- Send booking confirmation email to customers who have just booked a tour.
- Call to confirm booking, answer customer's questions before joining the tour.
-Interact with guests through the application they use (Whatsapp/Zalo/Line/Kakao talk), record and synthesize feedback on customer complaints during the tour.
- Send gratitude to customers at the end of the tour.
- Implement customer care policies, maintain relationships with old customers, to create customer satisfaction according to assigned work.
- Working form: Full-time rotating shifts, 6 shifts per week [3 mornings + 3 afternoons] 1 optional day off
Morning shift: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
Afternoon shift: 12pm - 9pm
