JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Receive information from sellers/customers/content creators on the platform via phone, text, email.
- Support and respond to inquiries and complaints from sellers/customers/content creators.
REQUEST:- High school graduate or above. Basic English reading comprehension.
- Able to work full-time (No busy schedule)
- Clear, fluent voice.
- Experienced in customer service, handling complaints in the E-Commerce industry.
RIGHT:- Basic salary 7,000,000 + KPI up to 1,60000 VND

WORKING TIME:- Rotating shifts 8 hours/day. Consists of 2 main shifts :( Rotating by month).
- Shift 1: 11am-20pm (1 hour break)
- Shift 2:14h-23h (1 hour break)
WORK LOCATION: - 4th floor, Pico building, 20 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District.
