Job Description

RECRUITMENT OF CUSTOMER CARE STAFF FOR HOMESHOPPING CALENDAR
✅Work location: 106 Nguyen Gian Thanh, Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
✅Working hours: 9am - 5pm (no overtime)

✅Job description:
- Work 6 days/week (any 1 day off during the week)
- Take care of old customers and member customers, give birthday gifts and member festivals.
- Call for consultation, introduce products and persuade customers to buy products.
- Answer customer questions related to product information that customers have purchased.
✅Requirements:
- Male/Female/LGBT: from age.
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- Good voice: clear, easy to hear.
- Agile, has good communication skills and loves business.
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in a customer service position
