- In charge of Customer Service content on DLVN website and Customer Portal website;
- In charge of system related work of User Department: INGENIUM, CCMS, Loyalty...;
- Perform work related to the program of accumulating bonus points "Long-term commitment";
- Make customer calls according to the Company's strategy; receive and answer incoming calls via the hotline with a professional level;
- Making reports of the Department;
- Perform other tasks or participate in joint projects of the group and the Company when assigned.
