Job description
• Liaise between customers and partners to resolve mildly complex issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat and texting channels on many topics such as: additional travel advice, adjustments, cancellations, complaints complaints,...
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate tools, methods and processes.
• Ensure high quality customer service and positive customer experience.
Request:
• Fluent in English (Speaking, listening, reading, writing) - work 100% in English.
• Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise self-control and problem-solving.
• Positive and resilient attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Care role.
Pay
• Basic salary: 7,500,000 VND/month. • Lunch allowance: 500,000 VND/month. • Complex allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month (If you handle Inbound calls). • Monthly KPI bonus: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND.

Working time:
24/7, 2 days off per week, arranged by team leader. • Day shift: 7:00 – 16:00; 9:00 – 18:00; 12:00 – 21:00; 13:00 – 22:00. • Night shift: 7:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; 20:00 – 5:00; 21:00 – 6:00; 22:00 – 7:00.
