JOB DESCRIPTION
Support to administer, operate and ensure the operation of server system, switchboard, camera, LAN, WAN.
Support maintenance and management of equipment such as: PC, laptop, tablet, printer/fax, scanner, copier, phone.
Support network and server administration: modem/router, server/hosting company website, phone switchboard.
Support installation of operating systems, hardware, and related application software.
Guide, create documentation using the application program/software and explain/handle the user's problems/questions.
WORKING MODE
Working time: from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday. Sundays and holidays.
Salary: 9,000,000 VND/month
13 monthly salary

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from High School, College or above majoring in Information Technology, Network Administration, Electronics and Telecommunications.
• Mastering computer hardware systems, network infrastructure.
• Good ability to work in a team or independently,
• Good health, careful, hardworking, responsible at work.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with users, easily convey technical information in an easy to understand manner.
