Work content:
- Plan - organize, deploy and manage sales in the region to exploit the customer system effectively in business operations.
- Implement & ensure completion of assigned business goals.
- Supervise, monitor and support practical and appropriate activities for cooperation partners.
- Proactively establish and propose business plans to increase sales and market share.
- Organize the collection of market information in the management area about: Competitors, products, prices and regional business situation.
- Monitor, manage and deploy the issuance and use of CCDC to promote/sell to customers and partners.
- Implement marketing programs (Promotion, Promotion +++) organized by the company.
- Timely resolve customer complaints related to the company's products and services.
- Regularly monitor customers' business situation, organize customer visits and care, and create good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate and support with other commercial representatives as well as departments within the company to complete tasks and achieve efficiency.
- Manage and supervise the activities of affiliated sales staff (If any) - Participate in training and professional training in related fields from the company.
- Subject to the management and mobilization of direct superiors.
- The level of applicable authority is given by the direct management level according to each appropriate level:
+ Level 1: The person in charge of the job position performs work according to direction and instructions, then reports the results to the immediate superior.
+ Level 2: The person in charge of the job identifies problems, proactively proposes solutions to the direct management level to seek guidance before implementation.
+ Level 3: The person holding the job position has full autonomy to make decisions to solve problems and is responsible for the results with the direct management level
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-VH Qualification 12/12 - College Professional Qualification - Pharmacy/Business Administration and Marketing degree preferred.
-Experience: Has worked as a Commercial Representative in 2 provinces or more and has worked for 2 years - priority is given to candidates who have worked in the Food and Beverage/Functional Food/FMCG industry.
-Presentation Ability/Skills (Editing - Presentation) - Negotiation - Systematic Calculation - Proficient use of computer operations Work - Excell - Powerpoint.
-Qualities: Polite - Agile - Flexible - Use clear language and communicate well.
-Personality/Style: Honest - Committed - Highly Compliant.
