JOB DESCRIPTION

• Access to existing customer data files assigned by the company or from many other sources.
• Contact customers by phone to invite guests to events organized by the company to promote the brand, owning the holiday, and the company's image.
• Update information, customer status on the system, save useful information to ensure the most effective work coordination between Departments/Departments/Departments.
• Prepare reports for direct management based on requirements and nature of work.
