- Receive orders from the source warehouse.
- Perform the work of coordinating goods from the warehouse to the customer through the delivery staff.
- Plan delivery, arrange delivery staff in accordance with the area and route.
- Follow up delivery progress.
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze the delivery ability of employees.
- Responsible for managing the delivery team, delivery money, ensuring the goods arrive at the right place, at the right time, at the right request of the customer. Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery progress.
- Report status, weekly delivery activities, propose solutions. Submit weekly and monthly reports to superiors on time.
Working time : from Monday to Saturday (during the working period, the Head of Department will arrange suitable working time).
