Phase 2: Try out the role of Digital Marketing Project Manager
- Participate in at least 10 projects with fellow employees and practice Online Marketing
- Manage at least 8 large projects. Responsible for internal recruitment and directing the work of Online Marketing interns
- Meeting and reporting progress directly to customers
Stage 3: Digital Marketing Project Manager
- Manage at least 40 large projects
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to develop a general recruitment strategy
- Reward and punish Online Marketing interns
- Together with Account, plan marketing and demo for potential customers

Candidate requirements:

- Work from Monday to Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday
- Every week there is a "business" day at the company's second office, near Dak Doa market, to interact and learn with super cute colleagues.
