Processing
− Receive work and conduct field surveys
− Evaluate the current structural status of the renovation project
− Supervise construction activities of the main contractor at the site
− Monitor the construction process of subcontractor teams, promptly detect errors in documents, organize construction and issue warnings of potential risks. Coordinate discussions with parties to change construction plans depending on the actual situation
− Coordinate with relevant parties to organize acceptance of completed items and acceptance of the entire project (with main contractors and subcontractors). Prepare a record of acceptance of the quality and volume of the project in charge
− Prepare and manage quality records of assigned construction projects
− Prepare/check payment documents with investors/main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction teams
− Periodically, make work reports as required
− Project handover
− Perform other tasks as assigned by management
− Contribute to the development of Phong Viet
