- Receive phone calls from customers or receive customers, consult, quote products, record orders.
- Answer questions, record customer feedback and report to superiors
- Drafting sales contracts, assisting customers to sign contracts
- Follow up orders, update and handle arising problems (if any) to keep up with the order progress, follow up the delivery situation.
- Taking care of, interacting and maintaining relationships with old customers.
- Follow up debt, remind customers.
- Prepare reports on customers, sales and reports to superiors.
- Keep track of actual inventory - combined with the storekeeper to schedule actual inventory
- Prepare reports as required.
- Other tasks as required by Management.
