JOB DESCRIPTION- Prepare bid documents and explain arising bids (if any)
- Participate in contract negotiation/negotiation.
- Prepare contract performance guarantee, draft, check, control contract, submit contract for signing
- Deployment, implementation, monitoring progress of contract/order until acceptance and liquidation
- Monitor and control debts and records, complete settlement.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Expertise
- Proficient in admin work, basic understanding of the bidding process
- Knowledge of the medical device industry is an advantage

Other requirements- Graduation from college with majors related to economics, business administration, polytechnics, biomedical engineering is an advantage
- Admin experience 1 year or more
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Good looking, dynamic
