Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. IT Helpdesk (70%):
- Administer Windows Operating System such as Windows 7/8/10/Mac OS
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptop, network cabling, software (commercial and in-house applications) and peripheral equipment such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers, video conference, etc.
- Trouble shoot hardware, software, applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Perform backups and update inventory list of computer hardware and software compliance with policies and procedures.
- Development and maintenance of department procedures and reference documentation.
- Regular checking of the computer belonging to his responsibility (antivirus, windows update, user behavior, etc.).
- Local ICT support/local Office Coordinator are acting in first line (ICT, telecom electricity, security)
- Other task is assigned by line manager

2. System Admin (30%):
- Administer Windows Operating System such as Windows Server // R
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain network cabling, Wifi, UPS, Physical Server, Virtual Server, Printer server, File Server, Active Directory.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure Team to troubleshoot networks, systems, applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- Maintain technical expertise in network, email, security and IP telephony infrastructure such as ADSL routers, switching hubs, IP PBX, firewalls, etc.
- Other task is assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS
- College/Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in IT support
- Certificates: MCSA, MCITP, CCNA is a plus
- Have knowledge of VoIP solution is a plus.
- Be able to read and understand English documents
- Good communication, team-work skills, problem solving skill, hard working.
