- Manage Helpdesk End User: Desktop/laptop (windows), printer server, printer, scan, projector, email, phone, , camera, ...
- Deploy IT infrastructure/relocate/repair departments, coordinate with suppliers to construct IT infrastructure, wire infrastructure (Lan, Wan, camera...);
- Handling, classifying, reviewing, checking operations and evaluating the entire IT machinery and equipment system for the entire system as assigned by the department head;
- Deploy IT solutions according to the assignment and guidance of the department head;
