Job Description

JOB DUTIES
1. IT work
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for IT work of 3 regions.
- Responsible for managing information security: Granting/revoking accounts: Mail, Zalo, Server,...
- Directly and support inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of Hanoi office equipment and branches: Computers, printers, scanners, network systems, Wifi, modens, servers, IP phones, email, ..... ensures stable operation
- Monitor and check the storage of software files on the Server neatly and according to regulations
- Report IT work daily, weekly, monthly

2. CRM work
2.1. Work with NCC
- Negotiate, sign and extend contracts: Software supply contract, server contract, contract appendices arising during use
- Request to update new versions to keep up with trends
- Manage outsourcing services: Server, mail server, Internet, domain name...
- Fix software errors during operation
- Receiving new features from suppliers to train company personnel
- Provide new requirements for suppliers to process

2.2. Working internally:
- Training on new features for the entire company
- Re-inspect new personnel when the commissioner completes training
- Review CRM regulations and work processes to respond to work changes
- Drafting CRM NQQC, CRM usage instructions
- Decentralize authority to departments and employees
- Grant users to new employees
- Revoke users when employees quit. Acquire opinions and contributions from personnel during use
- Check the daily and weekly reports of the commissioner to notify the union email
- Send periodic reports and plans to the Board of Directors
