- Install and configure the appropriate version according to technical standards.
- Build and maintain local network to achieve optimal working efficiency.
- Ensure security and privacy for network and computer systems.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on the operation of new software and computing equipment.
- Arrange and schedule system upgrades and maintenance without affecting the work progress of other employees in the company.
- Check, diagnose and fix problems (repair or replace components, debug...).
- Record equipment repair and maintenance logs according to regulations.
- Monitor the number of computers and network devices and place orders when there is a shortage.
