Direct and regularly inspect and urge the implementation of hospital regulations.
Grasp the number of patients admitted to the hospital, discharged from the hospital, transferred to the hospital, emergency cases, serious illnesses and dangerous infectious diseases causing epidemics. Regularly inspect emergency and standing work of departments in the hospital.
Organize work coordination between medical examination departments, clinical departments and paraclinical departments
Organize and direct statistical reporting, books, and medical records of departments in the hospital. Guide lower levels to promptly learn from technical expertise issues.
Organize continuous training for hospital members and lower levels to upgrade techniques. Implement good relationships with hospitals and schools, have close relationships with school departments to have coordinated plans to ensure the quality of teaching, learning, internships for students and treatment. patient.
Organize scientific research, international cooperation, and summarize treatment experience throughout the hospital.
There is a plan to organize specialized direction for lower levels with the goal of focusing on the community to perform well the primary health care work.
Prepare plans to prevent disasters and unusual cases to submit to the director for approval and implementation.
Qualifications and experience
