- Book hotel room service, air ticket, tour... according to customer's interests.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries about service quality.
- Track partner debt, make payment plan for partners.
- Monitor and report services ordered monthly.
- Perform other requirements assigned by superiors
- Requires 6 months of experience or more (No experience will be trained)
- Withstand pressure
- Number of working days in a week: 5.5 days, Monday - Saturday morning (08:30 - 18:00). Lunch break at 1:30pm.
