JOB DESCRIPTION
- Time and attendance calculation for employees
- Declare and pay monthly insurance
- Planning to recruit employees in the company
- Make stock release slip and issue VAT invoice
- Tax declaration and preparation of monthly and annual internal financial statements
- Checking and making monthly import and export report
- Checking invoice documents related to debts and reporting receivables and payables to customers
- Prepare contracts and quotations for customers
- Perform additional tasks as requested by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Age 25- 38
• University graduate, preferably majoring in accounting, business administration, economics, or related majors
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting position, preferably in the field of Security - Security
• Able to use computer proficiently and work-related software
• Ability to think quickly, proactively and withstand high pressure at work
