Restaurant block
- Monitor compliance with regulations of the restaurant sector (according to check list).
- Monitor the progress of implementing the restaurant sector's commitments as assigned by the board of directors.
- Supervise restaurant facilities and space.
Office
- Control daily work of employees.
- Control and urge arising tasks.
Report work to direct manager.
Other tasks as assigned by direct management
