Directly participate in the process of searching, exploiting & approaching customer consultation. Support customers to complete transaction procedures as well as implement customer care programs after purchasing. Use Online & Offline Marketing tools to find and build relationships with customers. Representing the company in marketing and consulting the company's products and services to customers Implement product transaction procedures & support customers to track payment progress. Responsible for reporting daily/weekly/monthly results to the Direct Manager. Perform other tasks assigned by upper management.
