JOB DESCRIPTION
- Learn, research about the company's products to introduce, consult and answer questions for customers;
- Guide customers to see the project & Carry out contract signing procedures with customers; (with shuttle bus)
- Taking care of customers (potential, current, old) creating relationships with customers;
- Marketing tools (finding customers) such as: Online marketing (posting news, advertising Facebook, Google); sale phone, search for customers directly;
- Looking for collaborators to expand the effective product distribution;
- Join training classes organized by the company;
- Market survey to collect and update necessary information;
+ Researching the real estate market, proposing appropriate sales deployment methods
+ Analyze projects of competitors
+ Assess potential real estate market in regions
REQUEST
- Specialization: Major related to Business Administration, Marketing / Commerce
- Experience: Knowledge of real estate law, experience related to the real estate industry or equivalent position
- Number of years of experience: at least 1 year
