Job duties
- Search for potential customers
- Take care of existing customers so that customers can continue to buy from the company
- Receive customer information, meet and direct sales marketing
- Implement programs to give shelves, standees, and promotions in batches to customers
- Accompanied by sales accountant to receive orders
- Interact with departments in the company to deliver goods on time to customers
- Reception and main responsibility for solving customer problems
- Together with customer service staff to solve problems caused by customer's installation and use
- Take main responsibility, together with sales accountant to collect customer debt
- Cross support for members in sales department
- Other tasks as required by Team Leader, Manager
