Job Description


I. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Meeting and taking care of customers (Agents, Distributors) according to the Company's data.
  • Periodically implement care programs, give gifts to customers on holidays, Tet... to promote sales.
  • Capture the tastes and needs of customers for each type of product in the area.
  • Search for new distributors, gather information and evaluate potential.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Department/Leader.
  • II. REQUEST
  • At least 1 year sales experience.
  • Agile, good negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel for work when required.
  • Degree: College graduate (High school or higher with hard sales experience is still possible).
  • III. INCOME & BENEFITS
  • Income: 10,000,000 VND - 25,000,000 VND (Hard salary + Allowance + KPI bonus + Working trip fee: 250k/day).

  • Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break) - Monday to Saturday.
