1. Receive the assigned area and Customer.
2. Retaining loyal customers at the dealer:
- Support to train direct sales staff on: Industry, Brand, Category
- Common errors related to the company's SP.
- Instructions on the product's insurance policy and how to collect and store buyer information.
- Support to visit customers who have purchased products of the company at the agent to take care and give gifts (if any)
- Search for retail customers in the area to bring back agents to increase sales.
3. Consulting on new products/services of the Company, Thoroughly consulting and focusing on pushing hard-to-sell inventories.
- Understand inventory quantity, quality, price and down to advise customers to understand and approach target customers
4. Develop New Customers.
- Collect and search all agents who are selling building materials, Construction Company, Architects, Residential Buildings in the area.
- Care and advice to convert them into potential customers
5.Perform other assigned tasks
