Work content:
- Actively seek, establish and build relationships with potential customers.
- Meeting and communicating with customers to capture their needs.
- Consulting by phone, email and face-to-face meeting with customers.
- Introduce, advise, explain in detail about the uses, benefits as well as outstanding features of the software and related products to customers.
- Prepare quotes and contracts for customers according to the company's available templates.
- Coordinate with implementation departments and solve solutions-related problems arising in the process of consulting and actual implementation.
- Support customers to resolve complaints or questions related to software.
- Prepare periodic business reports and revenue status to send to superiors.
