Call and invite customers to visit the office ( Marketing Department will provide data that customers really need) to introduce office services and utilities, consult and close contracts;
Support customers, welcome customers when they arrive and work directly at the Company Office, no need to go out to find customers;
Prepare contracts for Customers and assist in answering questions about contracts for Customers;
Provide Customer information, create tasks for relevant Customer Support Departments/BPs and track Customer support tasks.
Connect Customers with relevant specialized Departments (according to Customer's needs) and monitor the service provision process of other specialized Departments for Customers.
Regular Customer Care: happy birthday, give gifts on behalf of the Company, invite to business networking sessions.
Responsible for assigned customer list and signed contracts.
Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers;
Monitor the process of customers using the service;
Complete assigned OKRs.
Report periodically as prescribed to the direct supervisor.
